Our hotel rooms have a kitchenette, a microwave, and a mini-bar fridge; our one-and two-bedroom apartments have an open-plan living area as well as a well-equipped kitchen, making them ideal for self-catering. I loved Maly, a friendly and very attentive figure, comfortable room, but bar without many options and TV poor image quality, few channels, I think they should improve this requirement.

The disappointment in The residency management is rather appalling, you will book and pay in full then have your booking cancelled without being informed. ( this happens on a regular basis) Management has no regard whatsoever complaints are not attended to and It’s a major crime asking for late check out imagine getting banned from the property for inaccurate reasons like asking for late check out they charge 100 per hour which is understandable hence a customer is entitled to ask however the manager had me prohibited from the premises under claims that I refused to pay late check out fee without even checking what time I checked out from the property which was 10:00 AM, how can I pay late check out fee when I actually checked out on time.The property is decent but management is very disappointing ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️I would not recommend this property unless you want to be inconvenienced on the day of arrival.The manager Taylor doesn’t even bother to return calls ☹️☹️☹️☹️

The check in staff were wonderful and efficient. First night the room was dirty and dusty as if it hasnt been cleaned in a while, even the sheets were dusty. following day the cleaning staff did clean but sheets were not changed and lord the towels wooow old and torn. Did I mention how the sheets were full of stains? Can't even use the balcony coz filthy. Oh and forget about the shower gels or sugar,coffee and tea being refilled. you get them one time only. Overall disappointing and dirty. But the staff is wonderful hey, friendly , helpful people. ohhh another thing that whatsapp number is useless, my message is still unread 5 days later

Very noisy, dirty and overall uncomfortable hotel/apartments. There is always a lot of rubbish left in the hallways and stairwells as there is no proper refuse collection or designated refuse drop off area. There is constant noise from the surrounding buildings and area in general. The place was not cleaned properly upon check in and when new bedding or towels are requested you need to constantly follow up and sometimes it takes days before you receive fresh linen. I would not recommend staying here longer than a couple of nights as a last resort.

Clean, spacious place. Staff were always friendly, good service. Our room was supposed to come with a hairdryer and it didn't initially have one, but we ended up getting one. Our room was on the fourth (which is really the fifth) floor, so we had a nice view from in front of our room, and could see our car in the parking lot. Small bottles of shampoo/conditioner, lotion, and body wash were provided, and small bar soap. Gates/fences increase security. There's also a gym, though we did not go to it. (Just saw the sign.)

Good, really enjoy the procedure at Reception.Judging by the convenience of having an ATM on-site I can't imagine a vending machine being anything but better.Basement rooms are great for uninhibited enjoyment.
